Press one hand on each cheek for the duration of an inhale and an exhale, then place your right hand along your forehead and your left hand along your chin, and in the same way, inhale and then exhale.
3_ MASSAGE
Massage the face using upward circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Then, massage the neck using downward motions.
