The Regenerating Micro-Spicules Serum A63 is suitable for all skin types, except sensitive or reactive skin. It is particularly well-suited for mature skin, dull skin, or skin with texture irregularities or uneven pigmentation.

We advise against use on skin prone to chronic redness or presenting open lesions.

This serum contains 150,000 micro-spicules per gram of product, fine microstructures of mineral origin. Upon application, they create superficial, transient, and painless micro-channels at the surface of the epidermis.

This mechanical stimulation bypasses the skin barrier to optimize the penetration of high-molecular-weight active ingredients, such as EGF-β or PDRN, which would struggle to diffuse through the skin barrier if used alone.

At the same time, this mechanical stimulation activates the skin's natural renewal mechanisms and contributes to collagen and elastin synthesis.

The Regenerating Micro-Spicules Serum A63 is a fluid, lightweight emulsion that absorbs quickly into the skin.

Application may cause a mild tingling sensation; this is a normal, temporary reaction to the skin's response upon contact with the micro-spicules.

EGF-β [7 kDa] 2%:
EGF-β is a biomimetic growth factor derived through plant biotechnology. Produced by Nicotiana benthamiana plants, it replicates the structure and activity of the growth factor naturally present in skin.

EGF-β activates fibroblast and keratinocyte receptors, promoting cell renewal and the synthesis of extracellular matrix components.

It also helps increase the thickness of the epidermis by stimulating keratinocyte renewal and migration. Better supported, the dermis can then perform its mechanical role more effectively, improving skin firmness, elasticity, and density.

PDRN [32,5 - 65 kDa] 1%:
The PDRN used in this serum consists of DNA fragments obtained through biotechnology from Lactobacillus rhamnosus strains. It offers a vegan alternative to PDRN traditionally derived from salmon [130 - 520 kDa].

This active ingredient supports skin regeneration and activates the synthesis of structural proteins in the extracellular matrix by fibroblasts, improving skin suppleness and elasticity.

PDRN also has anti-inflammatory properties. It limits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6, while increasing the synthesis of anti-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-10 — promoting an environment more conducive to skin regeneration and new tissue formation.

The efficacy of the Regenerating Micro-Spicules Serum A63 was assessed after 28 days of use in a consumer use test.
